"6.768 people underwent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests today," said Dwi Oktavia, the Head of the Disease Control and Prevention Division of the Jakarta Health Office, in a written statement on Monday.
"There were 757 positive results dan 6.008 negative results," she stated.
According to the Jakarta provincial administration official, as of Monday, the total number of confirmd coronavirus cases in Indonesia's capital has reached 411,157.
From that amount, 397.349 people recovered, while 6.788 people succumbed to the disease.
Moreover, there are 7.020 active cases in Jakarta.
On the other hand, the vaccination process in Jakarta is still ongoing. The first dose has been
given to 1.947.986 people or 64.9 percent of the total target. The second dose has been given to 1.256.966 or 41.9 percent of the total target. (Translator: Natasha Celia)
