    Jokowi to Inspect Government Projects in Banten

    Jakarta: President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo started a working visit to Banten province this morning. He is set to inspect a number of projects during the working visit.

    President Jokowi departed from Atang Sanjaya Airport in Bogor at 08.10 Western Indonesia Time (WIB). He flew to Banten province using Air Force's Super Puma helicopter.

    In the morning, he is scheduled to inaugurate a new polyethylene factory owned by PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. After Friday prayers, he will observe the implementation of Mekaar program in the province.

    In the afternoon, the former Jakarta governor will unveil the Kunciran-Serpong Section of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) II toll road. The ceremony will take place at the Paragi toll gate in South Tangerang city. 

    During the visit, he was accompanied by several ministers and other cabinet members. They are Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Health Minister Terawan Agus Putranto, SOEs Minister Erick Thohir, SMEs and Cooperatives Minister Teten Masduki and Presidential Chief od Staff Moeldoko.

    Moreover, a number of Presidential Palace staff also joined the visit, including special staff Billy Mambrasar and Adamas Belva Syah Devara.
