"Today I want to introduce the new presidential staff, whose special task will be to develop innovations in various fields," Jokowi said at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Thursday, November 21, 2019.
Jokowi said the new special staff members will be discussion partners to provide fresh and innovative ideas. Jokowi wants new ideas to pursue progress.
They will also be a bridge between the President and younger generation, students, and diaspora in various places. He said the new staff will not work full time at the Presidential Palace.
The seven new special staff members are Adamas Belvasyah Devara, Putri Tanjung, Andi Taufan Garuda Putra, Ayu Kartika Dewi, Billy Mambrasar, Angki Yudistia, and Aminuddin Maruf.
