Jakarta: Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) focuses on investigating cases or case building. A total of 20 cases are being constructed and investigated.

"We also convey that we also have many case building cases," said KPK acting spokesman Ali Fikri, at the KPK Building, Jakarta on Tuesday night, January 14, 2020.

Ali said the 20 cases were targeted by the KPK. The Anti-Corruption Agency is trying to take these cases to the investigation stage.

"There are still more than 20 investigations which we will later complete in 2020," Ali said.

The acting KPK spokesman did not elaborate on the case being investigated. He divulged the 20 cases were high profile corruption cases.

He made sure the KPK worked seriously in eradicating corruption. At present, the institution led by Firli Bahuri prioritizes cases with state losses reaching trillions of Indonesian Rupiah.
