"Without the Jakarta Exit and Entry Permit (SIKM), they will be returned to their cities of origin or quarantined at a location determined by the task force," head of the Pulo Gebang integrated terminal Bernard Pasaribu stated here on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Pasaribu explained that people, who will enter or exit the capital city, are required to apply for SIKM in accordance with Governor Regulation No. 47 of 2020 on restriction on exit from and entry to Jakarta to stem the spread of covid-19.
A joint team of the Indonesian Military (TNI), police, Transportation Office, and the municipal police (Satpol PP) will check all passengers of buses that pass the check posts.
"Security personnel have guarded the entry points. Those, who managed to pass the check posts and reach the bus terminal, will be returned to their cities of origin if they are unable to present the SKIM," he stated. (antara)
